1. Heat treatment strengthening, high impact toughness, insensitive to defects.

2. It has excellent thermoplasticity, can be extruded into high-speed complex structure, has a wide quenching temperature range, and has low quenching sensitivity.

3. Excellent weldability and corrosion resistance, without stress corrosion cracking tendency. Al Mg Si alloy is a kind of W alloy that has no stress corrosion cracking found in the heat treated reinforced aluminum alloy.

4. After processing, the surface is very smooth and easy to anodize and dye.

The disadvantage is that storage after quenching at room temperature for a period of time will have a negative impact on the strength. The tempering of 6063 aluminum plate can be O, T4, T6, T651, the thickness can be 0.3-600mm, the width can be 500-2600mm, and the length can be 500-16000mm.
